Extended Christmas Returns

Christmas 2024 US orders returns period extended until Wednesday 15th January 2025 for orders placed on or after 20th November.

 


Cancelling your order

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Excel Clothing, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. You must inform Excel Clothing via email or in writing within 7 days clearly stating your order number. For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. If however, your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us at the address below.


Return an item 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and are within 14 days of delivery, you can return it to us. 

 

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns from the United States or Canada.
Most of our customers use USPS for returns. We are told by customers, they are the most reliable and reasonably priced.

You must ensure the outside is marked “UNWANTED GIFT” as we will not be liable should any duties be charged. Marking it as described will avoid this.

 

Return the item or items to us in their original condition complete with all labels & tags. 

THE ITEM(S) MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN AND ALL BRAND LABELS FULLY ATTACHED. Orders will be returned to you where this is not the case.
If you are returning footwear please ensure the branded shoebox is not defaced in any way. Any damaged or marked boxes will incur a £10 / €10 CHARGE from the return.

On receipt of the goods and upon satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods less any delivery charges. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. At present, goods CANNOT be returned to stores directly.

Exchange an item

You must inform Excel Clothing within 24 hours of any orders that are damaged or incomplete.

Exchange an item

Please follow the 'Return an Item' procedure on your delivery documentation for the return of the item you would like to exchange.


Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact Customer Care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Please enclose your receipt with the item and return to:

If you receive the incorrect item

If you suspect that the item you received is not what you have ordered, please contact Customer Care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

 

 

Undelivered/Unreceived Returned Items

In the event that orders are undelivered for any reason and are returned to our warehouse by FedEx/UPS, a restocking fee of $50 will be applied. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
