Extended Christmas Returns
Christmas 2023 US orders returns period extended until 13th January 2024 for orders placed on or after 13th November.
Cancelling your order
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Excel Clothing, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. You must inform Excel Clothing via email or in writing within 7 days clearly stating your order number. For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. If however, your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us at the address below.
Return an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition complete with all labels & tags within 21 days of receipt for orders outside of the UK. On receipt of the goods and upon satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Free returns are not available outside of the UK.

Exchange an item
Please follow the 'Return an Item' procedure on your delivery documentation for the return of the item you would like to exchange.
Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact Customer Care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Please enclose your receipt with the item and return to:

If you receive the incorrect item
If you suspect that the item you received is not what you have ordered, please contact Customer Care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
Undelivered/Unreceived Returned Items
In the event that orders are undelivered for any reason and are returned to our warehouse by FedEx, a restocking fee of $50 will be applied. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
