BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERY INFO
Orders placed after 12noon Thursday 28th March will not ship until Wednesday 3rd April.
This includes Express Delivery orders.
ROYAL MAIL STRIKE UPDATE
Due to the national Royal Mail strike, any goods ordered after 2pm Wednesday 29th November will not ship until Friday 2nd December.
Where available we will endeavour to use alternative couriers.

Extended Christmas Returns
Christmas 2023 International returns period extended until 13th January 2024 for orders placed on or after 13th November.
UK orders returns period extended until 6th Jan.

Goods are shipping the same day if ordered before 2pm GMT. Goods ordered between Friday and Sunday will be shipped the next UK working day, normally a Monday (this excludes Public/Bank Holidays).
Our standard overseas delivery is by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Service or other courier ie: DHL, DPD or Fedex and may take 7 to 10 working days.

All shipping is based on a maximum of 2KG. Should your order be over 2KG we will contact you with additional delivery costs should they apply.

For any orders not received for any reason, and sent back to our warehouse by FedEx, a restocking fee of $50 will be applied. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
